I had already thought about this! And I have an explanation!

How much of their money do you think get’s spent on things like video games, comic books, PC upgrades, random geek merchandise, MMORPGs and their high speed internet connection? Also, they don’t seem to have any sort of credit cards in their possession. I reckon they live together so they can afford all of these luxuries and still be able to live with a comfortable amount of money left over in the bank

Penny doesn’t have internet and mooches off theirs, so no internet bill. She is constantly eating their food (according to Sheldon) and she basically lives on credit, which she uses for shoes and clothing and such. She’s said on more than one occasion that she can’t afford to pay her rent.
